BEING A VEGETARIAN IS SO FUN!
No seriously, it's fun. It's like a game actually.
Day 2-
Yesterday afternoon my bestie Carra and I had smoothies for an afternoon snack and a mini scarf fest with peanut butter, grapes, olives, crackers, and some cheese. Then we had a DELICIOUS dinner at a thai restaraunt and I had some tofu pad thai. SO GOOD. and I was stuffed at the end of it.
It was then I realized I can eat, get super full, and feel equally as satisfied without meat.
Also, it's fun looking at menus becuause before this week there was like a million options to choose from, and I had deciding with that many choices. And now, it's super easy and quick.
Day 3-
I woke up this morning craving bacon :-/
Not too worry though- I just made eggs instead and had a blueberry muffin.
Lunch consisted of a black bean and avocado burger from Chilis, and dinner was a delicious Mediterranean sandwich from Panera.
So, not only am I eating healthier options, but i'm discovering all these new things that I never would have normally tried. It's amazing really. I feel like I'm learning from it.
A minor set back with a little headache and some nausea this evening, but beer and cookies is making it all better. (i guess that part isn't really healthy)
All in all it's been a good three days. Tomorrow goes day 4- and I'm feeling ready.
The goal of the day is try 3 new things.
