UGH OH!
I cheated yesterday...
I got chicken on my salad, and I ate it...and it tasted SO GOOD!
So basically, I have taken two dance classes this week and I just have felt so weak during and after and I know its just the change in diet and my body getting used to exercising like that again. But in my mind, I made myself believe I needed some meat...so I ate some.
I felt better afterwards, but needless to say I still want to continue eating as much a vegetarian diet as possible. So far, this has been the only drastic negative side effect that I have encountered.
Moving forward though, If I really really want something (meat, specifically) then I will have it. I'm not going to deprive myself.
I still feel great though, my body is changing for sure, and I love the choices I have been making. It's awesome
Dancing was great too- ballet class on Wednesday for the first time in 2 years was interesting, but SO motivating. And then jazz yesterday was awesome (minus the fact that I felt nauseous the whole time)---it could have been the lack in animal protein, or the oatmeal and large coffee I had before hand-- ;-)
Oh and I also joined an online dating website... it's kind of fun!
This week has been wonderful
and now I get to spend the weekend with some great friends. WAHOO
